Raleigh Hills
The census-designated place (CDP) of Raleigh Hills is in the city of Tigard, Oregon. The community is located in the southwest hills of Washington County. The area is bordered by the cities of Beaverton and West Slope to the north and Progress and Garden Home to the south. A few years ago, the population was fewer than two thousand people. Today, however, the population has grown to more than 40,000.
Although there is a lot of competition in Tigard, there are many reasons to live here. The peaceful, safe, and diverse neighborhood is home to many retirees and a mix of ages and cultures. The neighborhood is also more family-friendly than other neighborhoods in the state. The following are some of the benefits of living in Raleigh Hills. In terms of schools, Raleigh Hills has two elementary schools: Raleigh Park Elementary and Durham Park Elementary. The public school district is rated satisfactory. A number of private schools also serve the community. The Portland Golf Club and the Portland French American School are two such schools. Cedar Mill and Garden Home are sister neighborhoods to the community. The community library was opened in an abandoned elementary school in the early 1980s.
