If you’re a hiker, you can choose from the 93-mile (150-km) long Wonderland Trail, which circumnavigates Mount Rainier. The trail will take you through lowland forests, valleys, and high alpine areas. The trail is not for novice hikers, and you should be aware of your physical condition before beginning the hike. It is located at 6400 SW King Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97008.

The park is also a great place to mountain bike. The trail system includes almost every trail named after a Lewis Carroll creation, including Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. In addition to the hiking trails, the park has many equestrian facilities and even horseback riding. The trails are mostly well-maintained, but a few have a few bumps.
